1.被处理水
1. Water treated
被处理水可以是污水、自来水、河水、地下水等多种水源。我们通常是采用了自来水和地下水作为被处理水来进行反渗透处理,水质相对来说比较干净,污染程度程度低,处理效率快。
The treated water can be from various sources such as sewage, tap water, river water, groundwater, etc. We usually use tap water and groundwater as treated water for reverse osmosis treatment. The water quality is relatively clean, the degree of pollution is low, and the treatment efficiency is fast.
2.预处理系统

预处理系统针对被处理水做出简单的水质过滤。是被处理水最大程度的接近反渗透技术对水质的要求。在被处理水当中,如果不进行预处理,那么在进行反渗透处理的时候,会由于某些杂质或者高强行腐容易对反渗透膜造成损坏和堵口。
The pre-treatment system performs simple water quality filtration for the treated water. It is the closest approach to the water quality requirements of reverse osmosis technology for the treated water. If pre-treatment is not carried out in the treated water, certain impurities or high-strength corrosion can easily damage and block the reverse osmosis membrane during reverse osmosis treatment.
3.高压水泵

整个反渗透的水处理过程,需要一定压力。高压水泵通过对整个水处理系统提供压力,保证谁在通过膜孔时的速度和供水要求。高压水泵必须采用了专用的不锈钢材质的耐腐蚀的水泵,因为水处理溶液中含有的酸碱性物质会发生腐蚀现象,如果抗腐蚀能力弱,被腐蚀,就会造成水的如此污染。

5.智能控制系统
5. Intelligent control system
新型的反渗透设备都会配备专用的PLC智能化控制系统。通过智能系统检测温度表、压力表等仪表盘的数据变化。通过计算机控制,配有模拟屏。能够控制整套反渗透设备的正常运行。并且根据水处理的需要进行人工设定参水,根据设备的运行状况发出报警提示。

Detect data changes in instrument panels such as temperature gauges and pressure gauges through intelligent systems. Controlled by computer, equipped with an analog screen. Capable of controlling the normal operation of the entire reverse osmosis equipment. And according to the needs of water treatment, manual setting of water parameters is carried out, and alarm prompts are issued based on the operating status of the equipment.
